This site is run by Icy Studios. If you have a question about your data, email icywhenhot@tutamail.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email, studio, project details and message. We use them only to reply to you and discuss the project.
  • Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and doesn't build a profile of you. Visitors are identified by a hash that resets every day.
  • Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and debugging.
  • Your browser. If you dismiss the notice bar, we store that choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Cookies

We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Third parties

  • Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics.
  • Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Modrinth and CFWidget provide live download counts. Your browser requests these directly, so those services see your IP address.
  • Mod images are loaded from Modrinth's CDN.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we're talking about a project, and up to 24 months after the conversation ends. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email icywhenhot@tutamail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
